Spring looks

My roommate and and I set up a mini photo shoot in our living room this past week. We are both so thrilled that wearing three layers is no longer a necessity when going outside (thanks Toronto)

We wanted to put outfits together that were wearable for class and work.

For this photo I focused mainly on the accessories and the gold elements in each of the pieces. This was shot at ISO 800, F 2.8, 1/30

For this photo I wanted to highlight one colour, which was the red, on her feet, her shirt and on her lips. This was shot at ISO 400, F 2.8 and 1/20

For this photo I wanted to focus on texture, the pants are a crushed velvet and the shirt is a matted silk. I also wanted to highlight the turquoise, so every other element I did in a neutral tone. This was shot at ISO 800, F 2.8, 1/40

For this photo I wanted to highlight the necklace, so the white dress creates a neutral background, while the denim jacket frames the necklace. This was shot at ISO 800, F 2.8, 1/40
